2-column error check
03:00
- 1After the game (not immediately – at least 2 hours later), take 3 minutes.
- 2Left column: What happened objectively? Just facts, no judgment.
- 3Right column: What was my decision, what was the situation, what was chance?
- 4Pick just one thing you can work on in your next training session.
- 5Close the notebook. That was the analysis – the rest is just replaying it in your head and won't help.
When to use
After games where you felt lost.
What's in it for you
