What you write in a reflection is private. There are no public profiles, and nothing others can see.

No publication of sensitive content

• · No public profiles, no leaderboards, no streaks, no comparisons.
• · Information regarding stress, feelings or crises does not appear publicly anywhere.
• · Anyone who writes to us decides what goes into the message – we never ask for health data.

Your Rights

Information, correction, deletion and objection according to GDPR. Since content is stored locally, you can do the most important things yourself: open profile, 'Delete all data'.
